Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within the United States takes 5 to 9 business days from dispatch. Shipping is free on all US orders, and you will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship to Canada or internationally?

Not right now. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start one, email us at support@pawlygear.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. See our refund policy page for full details.

Products

Are the dog bed covers washable?

Yes. Our dog beds have zippered covers that come off for hand or machine washing. Care notes are on each product page.

How do I choose the right bed size?

Each product page lists the bed dimensions and the pet weight it suits. When you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

What size cats do the litter boxes fit?

The enclosed drawer litter box suits cats under 15 kg. The stainless steel litter box suits cats up to 10 kg. Full dimensions are on each product page.
